How Stratasys 3D printers are changing the game across industries

Why iSQUARED decided to sell used Stratasys 3D printers

iSQUARED is a company committed to promoting sustainability in the 3D printing industry. We specialize in selling used 3D printers from Stratasys, a highly reputable and globally recognized industry leader in FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and PolyJet technologies.

Our decision to sell used Stratasys printers was based on our stringent criteria. After thorough testing with various manufacturers, we concluded that Stratasys machines are the most reliable, and we confidently offer a guarantee on these machines which we would not have done with other manufacturers.

We were impressed by the long durability of Stratasys machines and ability to perform consistently and dependably over time, as well as the ease of refurbishing them whilst still maintaining their original performance quality. Refurbishing and reusing high-quality equipment is a crucial aspect of reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact.

In addition, we chose PolyJet technology over other liquid processes because of its clean printing process. Our selection process involved examining other liquid material manufacturers and leaving out SLA and DLP for the time being, as we have focused on technologies that can be easily operated in any environment. Through this evaluation, we determined that Stratasys PolyJet systems are by far the most reliable and best suited for our refurbishment operations. Moreover we were determined to find a manufacturer that offered a wide range of materials. We specifically excluded manufacturers who offered only 1k or 2k materials, in order to ensure that our customers have access to a diverse and extensive selection. After evaluating various options, we chose Stratasys due to their variety of materials, particularly in their PolyJet technology. This enables our customers to produce parts and prototypes with highly detailed surfaces, textures, and colors all in a single build.

Our decision to sell used Stratasys printers ensures that our products meet our standards for sustainability and efficiency. Additionally, this approach allows our customers to work with highly capable machines at a lower cost, enabling them to operate sophisticated equipment without exceeding their budget constraints.

Stratasys 3D printers are used in various industries and applications, ranging from aerospace and defense to medical and dental. One of the main advantages of Stratasys 3D printers is their ability to print complex geometries and designs that are difficult or impossible to produce using traditional manufacturing methods. This technology allows for the creation of prototypes, customized parts, and one-of-a-kind products with high accuracy and precision.

Another advantage of Stratasys 3D printers is the ability to print in a wide range of materials, from thermoplastics and composites to bio-compatible materials. This versatility allows for the production of parts with unique properties, such as flexibility, toughness, and heat resistance. Moreover, Stratasys 3D printers offer significant time and cost savings compared to traditional manufacturing methods. The ability to print parts on-demand eliminates the need for tooling, molds, and other expensive equipment, reducing lead times and costs associated with production.

In the medical industry, Stratasys 3D printing technology is used to create patient-specific models for surgical planning and training, as well as implantable devices, prosthetics, and orthotics. In the aerospace industry, the printers are used to create lightweight, yet durable parts for spacecraft and airplanes. In the automotive industry, Stratasys 3D printing is used to create prototypes, jigs, and fixtures for assembly lines.

Overall, Stratasys 3D printers are used to streamline production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency and product quality across a wide range of industries and applications.
