We develop and produce our own material. Thus, we keep the supply chain as short as possible and have no intermediary companies that additionally earn from your service order. In most cases we use the FDM® (Fused Deposition Modeling) and PolyJet® technologies of the world market leader Stratasys® for our printing services, but we are happy to provide also technologies like SLA®, SLS® or SLM®. Did you know that the raw material polyetherimide (PEI) for the ULTEM filaments comes from the company Sabic Innovative Plastics, which gave it the name ULTEM?
ULTEM material is flame retardant, can be used permanently at temperatures up to 153°C and does not emit toxic fumes. Moreover it has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, high dielectric strength as well as UV and gamma ray resistance. Easily refill your empty spools by yourself! We not only offer competitive prices, but also want to reduce the environmental impact of our products by relying on a simple self-installation of the iSQUARED spool into the Stratasys cassette. The reusable cassettes can be easily opened and refilled with our materials. Watch this video to learn how to insert the spool into the cassette, exemplified by our line of Fortus refill spools! Rubber-like PolyJet materials!
Our IORA Flex materials are alternative all-purpose solutions for TangoPlus materials and Agilus30 materials from Stratasys. The flexible materials impress with their resilience towards repeated twisting, pulling and bending. With its rubber-like texture they are especially suitable for soft or moving components.
