Since our founding in 2009, our teams of chemists and 3D printing experts have been developing and optimizing material alternatives for Stratasys FDM and PolyJet 3D printers. Tailored to your needs, we also develop exclusive custom products in terms of material composition and material color. All our products are developed and produced in our own research and development laboratories in Germany and Switzerland. The quality of our products always comes first, which is why the material is intensively tested on our numerous printers and from partners before release. We make the difference to large corporations. We provide you with personal support for your next printing project and offer our custom material development even for small purchase quantities.
FDM material development
We have extensive know-how in thermoplastic material development and production of filaments for 3D printing. We have the necessary knowledge to ensure, for example, the proper incorporation of fillers such as carbon fibers or nanotubes into thermoplastics. We also develop special colors for individual applications.
PolyJet material development
We are able to adapt the material for photopolymer-based 3D printing processes such as the PolyJet process from Stratasys by adding color pigments so that individual color finishes can be achieved. Our materials are designed for excellent resolution, high precision and a beautiful surface finish, which is particularly noticeable in the outstanding appearance of the printed parts.
