What makes you perfect for our team?

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist or comparable Professional experience in purchasing and/or accounting desirable
• You are proficient in German and English, whether spoken or written
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured and accurate way of working
• High affinity for numbers and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Now you’re probably wondering what your tasks are?

• Recording, checking and pre-accounting of incoming invoices
• Reconciliation of open positions with vendors
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in the day-to-day operations of purchasing
• Maintenance of supplier and article master data
• Communication with suppliers at national and international level
• Close communication with the FP&A department to control costs
