What makes you perfect for our team?
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist or comparable Professional experience in purchasing and/or accounting desirable
- You are proficient in German and English, whether spoken or written
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and accurate way of working
- High affinity for numbers and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Now you’re probably wondering what your tasks are?
- Recording, checking and pre-accounting of incoming invoices
- Reconciliation of open positions with vendors
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Support in the day-to-day operations of purchasing
- Maintenance of supplier and article master data
- Communication with suppliers at national and international level
- Close communication with the FP&A department to control costs
